Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Mino Maccari could be acquired at Il Ponte in May 2013 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Moderrn and Contemporary Art auction, the work Prigione changed hands for EUR 900.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mino Maccari achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Tre figure in May 2001 with an auction result of ITL 10,412,500.00 (€ 9,852.16).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Mino Maccari konnte im Mai 2013 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Moderrn and Contemporary Art wechselte die Arbeit Prigione für EUR 900,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mino Maccari erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Tre figure im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von ITL 10.412.500,00 (€ 9.852,16).
