A top price for Mike Figgis
In March 2019 Sothebys in London held the auction Made in Britain, which included the work Kate Moss, Descending, 2007 by Mike Figgis. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 68,750.00 (€ 79,796.05). With this result, Kate Moss, Descending, 2007 is even the most expensive work of art by Mike Figgis that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im März 2019 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Made in Britain durch, in der auch die Arbeit Kate Moss, Descending, 2007 von Mike Figgis zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 68.750,00 (€ 79.796,05) einen neuen Besitzer. Mit diesem Ergebnis ist Kate Moss, Descending, 2007 sogar das teuerste Kunstwerk von Mike Figgis, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
