The »bidding war« ended at EUR 5,070.00 45% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michel Comte achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Carla Bruni, 1993 in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 91,000.00 (€ 58,453.24).

Die Arbeit Mimi Rogers, Playboy Us - 1992 von Michel Comte wurde im Oktober 2017 in der Auktion Eye Feel Photography bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 5.070,00 und damit 45% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Michel Comte erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Carla Bruni, 1993 im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 91.000,00 (€ 58.453,24).
