Auction result well in line with expectations
The work IMG_686 (holographic) by Michael Staniak was sold in the Under the Influence auction at Phillips in London in April 2015. The price achieved of GBP 10,625.00 (€ 14,590.58) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Michael Staniak - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work IMG_885 (holographic), which sold at auction in July 2014 for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 31,532.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit IMG_686 (holographic) von Michael Staniak wurde im April 2015 in der Auktion Under the Influence bei Phillips in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.625,00 (€ 14.590,58) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Michael Staniak mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit IMG_885 (holographic) beobachtet, die im Juli 2014 für GBP 25.000,00 (€ 31.532,86) versteigert wurde.
