Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work „Untitled (no light)“. by Michael Sailstorfer for EUR 875.00. This price was achieved in the auction Online Only 2020/2021 - Online Only 3 TF – 25.9.-11.10.20 at Grisebach and was even below the estimate range of EUR 900.00 – 1,200.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michael Sailstorfer achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Zeit ist keine Autobahn - Minneapolis in December 2020 with an auction result of GBP 22,680.00 (€ 25,335.58).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit „Untitled (no light)“. von Michael Sailstorfer für EUR 875,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Online Only 2020/2021 - Online Only 3 TF – 25.9.-11.10.20 bei Grisebach erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 900,00 – 1.200,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Michael Sailstorfer erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Zeit ist keine Autobahn - Minneapolis im Dezember 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 22.680,00 (€ 25.335,58).
