Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Juice Carton, from Objects Of Our Time by Michael Craig-Martin was auctioned at Phillips in London in September this year. The price achieved of GBP 1,270.00 (€ 1,270.00) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michael Craig-Martin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work With Red Shoes in March 2021 with an auction result of GBP 325,000.00 (€ 381,791.28).
