In July this year Phillips in London held the auction New Now, which included the work The Cedar and Man by Maxim Kantor. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 139,700.00 (€ 162,987.56), 75% above the upper estimate. This high result makes The Cedar and Man the most expensive artwork by Maxim Kantor that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Juli diesen Jahres führte Phillips in London die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Cedar and Man von Maxim Kantor zur Versteigerung kam.
