In April 2006 Christies in Paris held the auction Art d'Après-Guerre et Contemporain et Collection Marie-Christine et Roger Pailhas, which included the work Lampe, Édition Fontana Arte by Max Ingrand. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 960.00 37% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Max Ingrand achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Suspension, Vers 1950 in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 22,350.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 37 % übertroffen
Im April 2006 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Art d'Après-Guerre et Contemporain et Collection Marie-Christine et Roger Pailhas durch, in der auch die Arbeit Lampe, Édition Fontana Arte von Max Ingrand zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 960,00 und damit 37% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Max Ingrand erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Suspension, Vers 1950 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 22.350,00.
