Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A Vide-Poche, Circa 1960 by Max Ingrand was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2020. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,500.00 (€ 3,907.18) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Max Ingrand have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Suspension, Vers 1950 in November 2010 with an auction result of EUR 22,350.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A Vide-Poche, Circa 1960 von Max Ingrand kam im November 2020 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 3.500,00 (€ 3.907,18) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Max Ingrand auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Suspension, Vers 1950 im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 22.350,00.
