Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Maurice Henry was sold in the Collection Arthur Brandt auction at Sothebys in Paris in March 2018. The price achieved of EUR 1,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Admittedly, works by Maurice Henry have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Les œufs du vent in March this year with an auction result of EUR 8,287.50.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Maurice Henry wurde im März 2018 in der Auktion Collection Arthur Brandt bei Sothebys in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Maurice Henry auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Les œufs du vent im März diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.287,50.
