A top price for Mary Gow - as previously expected
The work Harmony by Mary Gow was auctioned at Christies in London in November 2005. It changed hands for a price of GBP 14,400.00 (€ 21,155.42) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Harmony is the most expensive artwork by Mary Gow that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Harmony von Mary Gow kam im November 2005 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 14.400,00 (€ 21.155,42) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Harmony das teuerste Kunstwerk von Mary Gow, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
