This work of art by Mary DeNeale Morgan could be acquired at Bonhams in February this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Coast to Coast | Live OnlineAmerican Art, including The Collection of Gail Feingarten Oppenheimer auction, the work Monterey Adobe and Landscape with Oak (a group of two) changed hands for USD 446.25 (€ 420.91) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mary DeNeale Morgan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Overlooking Fan Shell Beach (Pebble Beach) in May 2000 with an auction result of USD 19,975.00 (€ 21,414.02).
