Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2021 Sothebys in Zurich held the auction The Swiss Fine Art Sale, which included the work Untitled, 1983 by Martin Disler. The price achieved of CHF 6,300.00 (€ 5,746.46) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CHF 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Martin Disler achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Preparing for Tonight in May last year with an auction result of USD 176,400.00 (€ 164,383.56).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2021 führte Sothebys in Zürich die Auktion The Swiss Fine Art Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled, 1983 von Martin Disler zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CHF 6.300,00 (€ 5.746,46) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CHF 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Martin Disler erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Preparing for Tonight im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 176.400,00 (€ 164.383,56).
