However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mark Kostabi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Accumulation, which sold at auction in June 2007 for USD 28,800.00 (€ 21,301.78).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von CHF 10.800,00 (€ 8.896,39) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 54%. Für andere Arbeiten von Mark Kostabi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Accumulation beobachtet, die im Juni 2007 für USD 28.800,00 (€ 21.301,78) versteigert wurde.
