Auction result misses estimated price range
In March 2021 a collector was able to acquire the work Bureau Flightfile, 1989 by Mark Brazier-Jones for EUR 5,292.00. This price was achieved in the auction NOW! at Sothebys in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Mark Brazier-Jones have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in March 2018 by the work 'Atlantis' Chair at GBP 5,625.00 (€ 6,404.37).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März 2021 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Bureau Flightfile, 1989 von Mark Brazier-Jones für EUR 5.292,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion NOW! bei Sothebys in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Mark Brazier-Jones wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im März 2018 die Arbeit 'Atlantis' Chair mit GBP 5.625,00 (€ 6.404,37).
