Auction result misses estimated price range

In the Prints & Photographs | Bonhams Skinner auction, the work Center Sandwich, N.H. changed hands for USD 191.25 (€ 179.51) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marion Post Wolcott achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vegetable pickers, migrants, waiting after work to be paid, near Homestead, Florida, Feb 1939 in October 2021 with an auction result of USD 21,420.00 (€ 18,542.24).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
