However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mario Nigro - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Pannello A Scacchi Bianchi E Neri, which sold at auction in April 2014 for EUR 76,800.00.

Die Arbeit Dallo spazio totale von Mario Nigro kam im Dezember 2020 bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 32.000,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Mario Nigro mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Pannello A Scacchi Bianchi E Neri beobachtet, die im April 2014 für EUR 76.800,00 versteigert wurde.
