Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Dallo spazio totale by Mario Nigro was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in May 2021. The price achieved of EUR 30,000.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mario Nigro - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Pannello A Scacchi Bianchi E Neri, which sold at auction in April 2014 for EUR 76,800.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Dallo spazio totale von Mario Nigro wurde im Mai 2021 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 30.000,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Mario Nigro mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Pannello A Scacchi Bianchi E Neri beobachtet, die im April 2014 für EUR 76.800,00 versteigert wurde.
