Sold at the lower estimate price
In May 2021 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Struttura by Mario Nigro. The result of EUR 3,500.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 3,500.00 – 4,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mario Nigro achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Pannello A Scacchi Bianchi E Neri in April 2014 with an auction result of EUR 76,800.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai 2021 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Struttura von Mario Nigro zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 3.500,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.500,00 – 4.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mario Nigro erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Pannello A Scacchi Bianchi E Neri im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 76.800,00.
