Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Girls in White by Marianna Gartner was auctioned at Phillips in London in December 2018. The price achieved of GBP 4,000.00 (€ 4,456.35) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Marianna Gartner have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work the Double Whammy in November 2012 with an auction result of EUR 41,650.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Girls in White von Marianna Gartner kam im Dezember 2018 bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.000,00 (€ 4.456,35) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marianna Gartner auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit the Double Whammy im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 41.650,00.
