Auction result misses estimated price range
In April this year a collector was able to acquire the work "Shaky Skyscraper Brain" by Maria Miesenberger for SEK 10,000.00 (€ 884.06). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 12,000.00 – 15,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Maria Miesenberger achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work "Half an Angel" in April last year with an auction result of SEK 740,000.00 (€ 71,633.29).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Shaky Skyscraper Brain" von Maria Miesenberger für SEK 10.000,00 (€ 884,06) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 12.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Maria Miesenberger erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit "Half an Angel" im April letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 740.000,00 (€ 71.633,29).
