Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Le Déjeuner by María Blanchard was auctioned at Christies in Madrid in October 2008. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 150,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 169,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by María Blanchard - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Le Joueur De Luth, which sold at auction in June 2012 for GBP 457,250.00 (€ 566,184.36).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Le Déjeuner von María Blanchard kam im Oktober 2008 bei Christies in Madrid zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 150.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 169.000,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von María Blanchard mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Le Joueur De Luth beobachtet, die im Juni 2012 für GBP 457.250,00 (€ 566.184,36) versteigert wurde.
