The work Marin med Norskflaggat fartyg by Marcus Larsson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in June this year. It achieved a price of SEK 46,000.00 (€ 3,904.95), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 53%. Admittedly, works by Marcus Larsson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sunset by the coast in December 2015 with an auction result of SEK 270,000.00 (€ 29,414.31).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 53 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Marin med Norskflaggat fartyg von Marcus Larsson kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von SEK 46.000,00 (€ 3.904,95) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 53%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marcus Larsson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sunset by the coast im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 270.000,00 (€ 29.414,31).
