Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Marcus Larsson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in June 2019 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Spring Sale auction, the work Figures in a boat at a stormy sea changed hands for SEK 24,000.00 (€ 2,285.11) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marcus Larsson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sunset by the coast in December 2015 with an auction result of SEK 270,000.00 (€ 29,414.31).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Marcus Larsson konnte im Juni 2019 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important Spring Sale wechselte die Arbeit Figures in a boat at a stormy sea für SEK 24.000,00 (€ 2.285,11) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marcus Larsson erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sunset by the coast im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 270.000,00 (€ 29.414,31).
