The »bidding war« ended at USD 4,845.00 (€ 4,627.95), 62% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marcos Grigorian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Horizontal & Vertical Earthwork each panel 188 x 188 cm in June last year with an auction result of USD 315,375.00 (€ 301,246.54).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 4.845,00 (€ 4.627,95) und damit 62% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marcos Grigorian erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Horizontal & Vertical Earthwork each panel 188 x 188 cm im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 315.375,00 (€ 301.246,54).
