The work Sign of Eternity by Marcos Grigorian was auctioned at Christies in London in November last year. It achieved a price of GBP 113,400.00 (€ 131,404.71), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 42%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Marcos Grigorian - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Horizontal & Vertical Earthwork each panel 188 x 188 cm, which sold at auction in June last year for USD 315,375.00 (€ 301,246.54).

Die Arbeit Sign of Eternity von Marcos Grigorian kam im November letzten Jahres bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 113.400,00 (€ 131.404,71) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 42%. Für andere Arbeiten von Marcos Grigorian mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Horizontal & Vertical Earthwork each panel 188 x 188 cm beobachtet, die im Juni letzten Jahres für USD 315.375,00 (€ 301.246,54) versteigert wurde.
