Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2021 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art - Day Sale, which included the work Eden Blu - 2010 by Marcello Lo Giudice. It changed hands for a price of EUR 19,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Marcello Lo Giudice have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Orange - Yellow Sun in June 2019 with an auction result of EUR 150,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2021 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art - Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Eden Blu - 2010 von Marcello Lo Giudice zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 19.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marcello Lo Giudice auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Orange - Yellow Sun im Juni 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 150.000,00.
