Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Eden Blu by Marcello Lo Giudice was sold in the Wired: Online Auction auction at Phillips in an online auction in April 2021. The price achieved of GBP 10,080.00 (€ 11,594.93) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marcello Lo Giudice achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Orange - Yellow Sun in June 2019 with an auction result of EUR 150,000.00.

Die Arbeit Eden Blu von Marcello Lo Giudice wurde im April 2021 in der Auktion Wired: Online Auction bei Phillips in einer Online-Auktion versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 10.080,00 (€ 11.594,93) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marcello Lo Giudice erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Orange - Yellow Sun im Juni 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 150.000,00.
