Auction result well in line with expectations
The work La Place Blanche A Paris, 1903 by Manuel Robbe was sold in the Prints & Illustrated Books auction at Artcurial in Paris in May 2010. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 1,230.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Manuel Robbe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Critics in July 2006 with an auction result of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 8,783.30).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit La Place Blanche A Paris, 1903 von Manuel Robbe wurde im Mai 2010 in der Auktion Prints & Illustrated Books bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 1.230,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Manuel Robbe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Critics im Juli 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.000,00 (€ 8.783,30).
