The work Cuadro 128 by Manolo Millares was sold in the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale auction at Phillips in London in March 2018. It achieved a price of GBP 206,250.00 (€ 234,827.01), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 38%. Admittedly, works by Manolo Millares have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Untitled (Composition) Painting no. 4 in June 2016 with an auction result of GBP 842,500.00 (€ 1,011,274.93).

Die Arbeit Cuadro 128 von Manolo Millares wurde im März 2018 in der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 206.250,00 (€ 234.827,01) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 38%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Manolo Millares auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Untitled (Composition) Painting no. 4 im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 842.500,00 (€ 1.011.274,93).
