This artwork by Manolo Millares achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in June this year. In the Art de l'Avant-Garde à nos jours 1912 – 2056 auction, the work Sans titre sold for EUR 17,920.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Manolo Millares achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled (Composition) Painting no. 4 in June 2016 with an auction result of GBP 842,500.00 (€ 1,011,274.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 79 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Manolo Millares erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bonhams einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Art de l'Avant-Garde à nos jours 1912 – 2056 wurde die Arbeit Sans titre für EUR 17.920,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 10.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Manolo Millares erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled (Composition) Painting no. 4 im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 842.500,00 (€ 1.011.274,93).
