This work without title by Manabu Mabe was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2013. The result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,024.55) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Manabu Mabe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 75,373.85).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Manabu Mabe kam im November 2013 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 11.024,55) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Manabu Mabe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 75.373,85).
