Admittedly, works by Manabu Mabe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in November 2014 with an auction result of USD 93,750.00 (€ 75,373.85).

Die Arbeit No. 656 von Manabu Mabe kam im August 2020 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 11.250,00 (€ 9.425,27) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Manabu Mabe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im November 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 93.750,00 (€ 75.373,85).
