This artwork by Maj Bring achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in May this year. In the Modern Art + Design auction, the work "Morgongryning" sold for SEK 55,000.00 (€ 4,739.07) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 25,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Maj Bring; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Utsikt mot Gamla stan" sold at auction in April 2015 with the realized price of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 6,412.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Maj Bring erzielte im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art + Design wurde die Arbeit "Morgongryning" für SEK 55.000,00 (€ 4.739,07) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 25.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Maj Bring; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Utsikt mot Gamla stan" im April 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 6.412,83).
