This artwork by Maj Bring achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2010. In the Modern Autumn Sale, stockholm auction, the work View from Söder towards Gamla Stan, Stockholm sold for SEK 42,000.00 (€ 4,507.13) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 20,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Maj Bring; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "Utsikt mot Gamla stan" sold at auction in April 2015 with the realized price of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 6,412.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Maj Bring erzielte im Oktober 2010 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Autumn Sale, stockholm wurde die Arbeit View from Söder towards Gamla Stan, Stockholm für SEK 42.000,00 (€ 4.507,13) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 20.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Maj Bring; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "Utsikt mot Gamla stan" im April 2015 mit dem Hammerpreis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 6.412,83).
