Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Lotus by Mai Luowu was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2014. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 120,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 125,000.00 (€ 11,821.85). Other works by Mai Luowu have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 18,525.62) in November 2010 for the work Ensemble.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Lotus von Mai Luowu wurde im Mai 2014 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 120.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 125.000,00 (€ 11.821,85) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Mai Luowu haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 18.525,62) im November 2010 für die Arbeit Ensemble beobachtet.
