This work without title by Magnus Plessen was sold in the New Now auction at Phillips in New York in September 2015. The »bidding war« ended at USD 56,250.00 (€ 50,394.19), 61% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Magnus Plessen; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot without title sold at auction in October 2006 with the realized price of GBP 42,000.00 (€ 62,751.74).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 56.250,00 (€ 50.394,19) und damit 61% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Magnus Plessen; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2006 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 42.000,00 (€ 62.751,74).
