The »bidding war« ended at HKD 93,750.00 (€ 8,386.37), 70% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lynyrd Paras - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Chaos In The Moment Of Silence, which sold at auction in October 2014 for HKD 300,000.00 (€ 30,885.87).

Die Arbeit Walanang Plano Plano (Stop Making Plans) von Lynyrd Paras wurde im Mai 2011 in der Auktion Southeast Asian Modern and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 93.750,00 (€ 8.386,37) und damit 70% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Lynyrd Paras mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Chaos In The Moment Of Silence beobachtet, die im Oktober 2014 für HKD 300.000,00 (€ 30.885,87) versteigert wurde.
