Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2011 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings, which included the work Everything I Say Is Beautiful by Lynyrd Paras. The price achieved of HKD 56,250.00 (€ 5,194.67) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 45,000.00 – 65,000.00. Admittedly, works by Lynyrd Paras have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Chaos In The Moment Of Silence in October 2014 with an auction result of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 30,885.87).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2011 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Modern & Contemporary Southeast Asian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Everything I Say Is Beautiful von Lynyrd Paras zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 56.250,00 (€ 5.194,67) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 45.000,00 – 65.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Lynyrd Paras auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Chaos In The Moment Of Silence im Oktober 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 30.885,87).
