Auction result misses estimated price range
In May this year a collector was able to acquire the work Seascape with Ships by Luis Graner for USD 612.00 (€ 574.43). This price was achieved in the auction Studio Art | Bonhams Skinner at Bonhams and was even below the estimate range of USD 700.00 – 900.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luis Graner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spanish maria in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 92,500.00 (€ 70,957.35).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Seascape with Ships von Luis Graner für USD 612,00 (€ 574,43) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Studio Art | Bonhams Skinner bei Bonhams erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 700,00 – 900,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luis Graner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spanish maria im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 92.500,00 (€ 70.957,35).
