In December 2005 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art including Russian Pictures, which included the work Chrysanthemums and daisies in a ceramic vase by Luis Graner. The result of GBP 3,000.00 (€ 4,354.33) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luis Graner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Spanish maria in November 2010 with an auction result of USD 92,500.00 (€ 70,957.35).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Dezember 2005 führte Christies in London die Auktion 19th Century European Art including Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chrysanthemums and daisies in a ceramic vase von Luis Graner zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 3.000,00 (€ 4.354,33) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luis Graner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Spanish maria im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 92.500,00 (€ 70.957,35).
