In November 2021 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Babbuccia orientale by Luigi Ontani. The result of EUR 7,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Luigi Ontani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ibridoli in October 2007 with an auction result of GBP 84,000.00 (€ 120,629.53).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November 2021 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Babbuccia orientale von Luigi Ontani zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 7.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 7.000,00 – 9.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Luigi Ontani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ibridoli im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 84.000,00 (€ 120.629,53).
