Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Estela de Boek by Lucio Muñoz was sold in the ARTE ESPANOL auction at Christies in Madrid in October 2005. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 30,000.00 20% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lucio Muñoz - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tabla azul, which sold at auction in October 2007 for EUR 84,250.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Estela de Boek von Lucio Muñoz wurde im Oktober 2005 in der Auktion ARTE ESPANOL bei Christies in Madrid versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 30.000,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Lucio Muñoz mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Tabla azul beobachtet, die im Oktober 2007 für EUR 84.250,00 versteigert wurde.
