Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2016 Artcurial held the auction Impressionist & Modern Art including École de Paris 1905-1939, which included the work Le Moulin De La Galette by Lucien Génin. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,040.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lucien Génin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Moulin du Blute-Fin, Rue Lepic in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 14,400.00 (€ 10,703.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2016 führte Artcurial die Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art including École de Paris 1905-1939 durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le Moulin De La Galette von Lucien Génin zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.040,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lucien Génin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Moulin du Blute-Fin, Rue Lepic im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 14.400,00 (€ 10.703,93).
