Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Assemblée nationale by Lucien Génin was auctioned at Bonhams in May this year. The price achieved of EUR 382.50 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Lucien Génin achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Moulin du Blute-Fin, Rue Lepic in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 14,400.00 (€ 10,703.93).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Assemblée nationale von Lucien Génin kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 382,50 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Lucien Génin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Moulin du Blute-Fin, Rue Lepic im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 14.400,00 (€ 10.703,93).
