This artwork by Lucas Arruda achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in Hong Kong in June 2021. In the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale in Association with Poly Auction auction, the work Untitled from the series Deserto-Modelo sold for HKD 3,213,000.00 (€ 349,015.11) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 1,500,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Lucas Arruda; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Untitled from the series Deserto-Modelo sold at auction in November 2021 with the realized price of HKD 3,780,000.00 (€ 420,297.69).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Lucas Arruda erzielte im Juni 2021 bei Phillips in Hong Kong einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale in Association with Poly Auction wurde die Arbeit Untitled from the series Deserto-Modelo für HKD 3.213.000,00 (€ 349.015,11) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 1.500.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Lucas Arruda; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Untitled from the series Deserto-Modelo im November 2021 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 3.780.000,00 (€ 420.297,69).
