Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2005 Christies in Paris held the auction ART IMPRESSIONNISTE ET MODERNE, which included the work La repasseuse by Louis Legrand. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,040.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louis Legrand achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Danseuses Saluant in June 2016 with an auction result of EUR 22,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2005 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion ART IMPRESSIONNISTE ET MODERNE durch, in der auch die Arbeit La repasseuse von Louis Legrand zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.040,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Louis Legrand erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Danseuses Saluant im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 22.500,00.
