Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Louis-Jean-François Lagrenée achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Charles And Ubalde, Surrounded By Nymphs On Their Way To Rescue Renaud From The Palais D'Armide in February 2018 with an auction result of USD 325,000.00 (€ 266,153.47).
