The work Spring Landscape by Lou Bo'An was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2013. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 1,000,000.00 (€ 94,811.11), 67% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Lou Bo'An; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Landscape sold at auction in November 2011 with the realized price of HKD 1,736,000.00 (€ 166,076.86).

Die Arbeit Spring Landscape von Lou Bo'An wurde im November 2013 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 1.000.000,00 (€ 94.811,11) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Lou Bo'An; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Landscape im November 2011 mit dem Hammerpreis von HKD 1.736.000,00 (€ 166.076,86).
