Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work A Boat by Lou Bo'An was sold in the Fine Chinese Modern Paintings auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2010. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 400,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 437,500.00 (€ 45,451.33). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Lou Bo'An - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Landscape, which sold at auction in November 2011 for HKD 1,736,000.00 (€ 166,076.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit A Boat von Lou Bo'An wurde im Mai 2010 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 400.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 437.500,00 (€ 45.451,33) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Lou Bo'An mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Landscape beobachtet, die im November 2011 für HKD 1.736.000,00 (€ 166.076,86) versteigert wurde.
